    Very important! 

    Due to limited funding, applications for assistance
    not to exceed $1500 are only being accepted if you have a court
    date.  Eligible localities: Cities of Petersburg, Hopewell, Richmond and
    Henrico County. This form should not be completed if you do not
    have a court date. We will be checking the court records for
    verification.
