PCPS has received an unsolicited proposal from Gilbane under the PPEA. We intend to evaluate the proposal, may negotiate an interim or comprehensive agreement with the proposer based on the proposal, and we will receive for simultaneous consideration any competing proposals that comply with the procedures adopted by our School Division and the PPEA. 

The proposed qualifying project and proposed location: A combined school site of Walnut Hill Elementary and Westview Early Childhood Education Center on the current Walnut Hill location at 300 W. South Blvd. Petersburg, VA 23805.
