Language Instructional Educational Program (LIEP)/English as a Second Language (ESL) The purpose of our LIEP program is to ensure that English learners have equal access and opportunity to all division curricula and extra-curricular activities, programs, and resources to achieve their full academic potential through high-quality education and support.
The LIEP/ESL Welcome Center is located at Pleasants Lane Elementary School. For more information, please call the Welcome Center at 804-732-0510 extension 1073.

LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM (LIEP) WELCOME CENTER MISSION It is the mission of the PCPS LIEP Welcome Center to connect with and provide ELL families with state, school, and community resources, while identifying their areas of greatest need, and to create and foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for all.
